�You want me to get you anything to eat, I�m at your disposal,� Diggs said. �No thanks, for some reason I�m not hungry,� Catherine told Diggs. �Really, me too,� Diggs added. So they snuggled down in Diggs� doghouse and relaxed as they watched the sunset. �Isn�t it just beautiful,� Catherine said. �Yes you are,� Diggs said to himself. �What was that,� Catherine wondered? �I said yes it is,� Diggs told her turning his head to the side. �You know you�ve changed a lot,� Catherine told Diggs. �Really, how,� Diggs inquired of Catherine? �Well you use to hate cats, but now you�re hanging out with me,� Catherine told Diggs. �That�s a big one anything, anything else,� Diggs wondered? �You no longer think my nieces are too adorable for your taste,� Catherine told Diggs. �They�re unbelievable, they just grow on you and they are cute,� Diggs said. �Finally you�re like a new dog, you�ve changed for the better,� Catherine told Diggs. �Well I have you to thank for that,� Diggs said smiling at Catherine. �Oh Diggs you�re so sweet, and cute,� Catherine said. �And what,� Diggs wondered? �And kind, I said kind,� Catherine said turning her head to the side. Diggs then placed his paw over Catherine�s and she immediately looked right into his soft hazel eyes. �Catherine the past few days have been the best in my life, this day the most,� Diggs said. �They have been very exciting,� Catherine said. �I know, I�ve had lots of fun and have made so many new friends,� Diggs said. �Same here,� Catherine said. �Especially you who I�ve come to...to love,� Diggs said. �Did you say love,� Catherine asked staring at him. �Well I, you see I, oh my,� Diggs stuttered; he turns his face to the side and blushes. �Oh get over here you big hunk of dog you,� Catherine said happily. Catherine grabs Diggs by the collar and gives him a big, warm kiss. This caught Diggs by surprise, but he absolutely loved it and got a heavenly look on his face.
